Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30 day no quibble returns policy. Please use this time to activate your Keep Stick and make sure you are happy with your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since you received your Keep Stick unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If you wish to return your stick please send us an email at customersupport@keepstick.com. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or email proof of purchase with your order number. It is not essential to return the Keep Stick in its original packaging.
Please note that if you have activated your personal account on your Keep Stick all your data will be encrypted with your personal password. We are not able to decrypt your data. However, you may erase your data before returning the stick to us. Do not send us your password.
Refunds
We will send you an email to notify you when we have received your Keep Stick. Following inspection we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then we will refund all sums paid by you to us and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 working days.
Exchanges
We will replace Keep Sticks if they are defective or damaged when received. If you need to exchange your Keep Stick please send us an email at customersupport@keepstick.com.

To return your Keep Stick, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your Keep Stick. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned Keep Stick.
